ALL SALES

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER. INVOICE(S) WILL BE ISSUED UPON ACCEPTANCE OF OUR QUOTE EITHER SIGNED OR ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL. GOODS WILL BE READY TO SHIP WITHIN THE LEAD TIME SPECIFIED. LEAD TIMES BEGIN WITH RECEIPT OF PAYMENT AND ORDER DETAILS. GOODS WILL SHIP WHEN INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL. ALL ORDERS REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT, THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE ON CUSTOM ORDERS. PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE: AUTOMATIC E-TRANSFER, COMPANY CHEQUE, BANK WIRE TRANSFER, OR CREDIT CARD, DETAILS RELAYED ON OUR INVOICE.

RETURNS

BECAUSE OF THE HAND-MADE AND/OR CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER RETURNS.

WARRANTY

PROPELLOR FIXTURES ARE GUARANTEED FOR ONE YEAR AFTER RECEIPT (NOT INSTALLATION) AGAINST MECHANICAL DEFECTS. PROPELLOR WILL REPAIR OR REPLACE (AT OUR DISCRETION) DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS OR PRODUCTS. HARD-WIRED LIGHT FIXTURES ARE ACCEPTED BY EITHER CSA INTERNATIONAL OR QAI LABORATORIES FOR DRY LOCATIONS. FIXTURES ARE LABELED CLEARLY WITH THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE WATTAGE. USE OF HIGHER WATTAGE BULBS THAN INDICATED WILL FORFEIT WARRANTY.

** Wood and bamboo are the products of nature. We strive to bring out the natural beauty and character of these materials. This makes each piece of our lighting exceptional and one-of-a-kind. Organic markings such as wood grain and small knots and cracks in wood are not viewed as flaws, on the contrary, they are true indications of genuine authenticity and nature's "beauty marks" which make each piece unique. Most wood types will fade or darken to some extent given exposure to UV light, this is normal. These variations are not considered to be manufacturer's defects. If you have found a manufacture’s defect, please notify us immediately for service. We will ask you to email us pictures and a clear description of the issue.**

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING

• DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER CLEANING SOLUTIONS OR METHODS.

• DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR ASSEMBLY BY THE CUSTOMER OR THE CUSTOMER’S AGENT.

• DAMAGE TO OUR FIXTURES, PARTS OF OUR FIXTURES OR SHADES CAUSED BY THE IMPROPER USE OF LIGHT BULBS.

• DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXPOSURE TO WEATHER OR IMPROPER ENVIRONMENT.

• CHANGES IN THE APPEARANCE OF ANY HAND RUBBED FINISHES OR UN-LACQUERED FINISHES. THESE ARE MEANT TO AGE IN APPEARANCE.

• ANY COSTS OF INSTALLATION, REMOVAL, OR RE-INSTALLATION.

• RESTORATION OR REPAIR WORK.

• ANY PARTS PURCHASED SEPARATELY FROM OUR LIGHT FIXTURES

DAMAGES

DAMAGES MUST BE DOCUMENTED AND REPORTED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS OF RECEIPT. PROPELLOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER THIS TIME. IF DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED IN SHIPPING ALL PACKAGING MUST BE RETAINED BY RECEIVER. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY INVALIDATE ANY CLAIM.
