I took a cheese making course at the UBC farm this Saturday with my pal Jessica, what fun! We learned how to make yogurt cheese (aka fromage frais), paneer, and camembert. Here are some photos of the camembert making process. It takes about 7 weeks to age a camembert. I’ll post some results when I make mine at home… in the mean time, go to The Way of Cheese (our cheese making guru’s blog) and learn to make your own.
